We came into the dealership to look at a specific car late night on New Years Eve. Tony was friendly and did his best to get us a great deal and make sure we were happy with our buying experience. We never felt rushed. He’s non pressure and straightforward with you, and I like that about a sales professional. Buying a car isn’t my favorite thing to do but our experience here was a good one. I recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a vehicle and wants a straightforward process.
Great no pressure sales people and respectful managers. I was even offered a 24 hour test drive because I wasn’t sure this was the vehicle for me. After 24 hours I bought the vehicle with no hesitation. I would definitely recommend Newberg Chevrolet! Ask for Mike to receive outstanding service.

Robert and Mike did an excellent job helping us out as first time buyers. We had some negative experiences with out her dealers but they helped reassure us in the entire process. They’re very polite, professional, and listened to our needs. They stayed open late in order for us to get the exact car we wanted.
My husband and I have purchased a very irresponsible amount of vehicles throughout our marriage (20+ since 2009). This has been by far the best experience which was 💯 due to our salesman, Michael Jeffers.
We communicated via text and email to make sure the deal was basically done before we arrived, which was great with young kids. Michael worked hard for us before we were there which is NOT common. He had to trust that his time working on a deal for us, while not on site was a good call and we truly appreciate how much time he saved us sitting in the building with our kids.

I I was able to get a same day appointment for my car prompted oil change. I was welcomed and served promptly upon drop off. The appointment took less time than estimated. I received an easy to understand written explanation of the services to my car upon checkout.
My husband and I popped in Newberg Chevrolet one day to look at upgrading our current truck to a bigger one to pull our Travel Trailer. We lucked out with the best sales guy. Definitely shop with Tony Runyon. Best truck buying experience hands down.
Mike and Robert were great! I had some negative experiences at other dealerships, they did a great job establishing rapport and building trust. I felt valued and appreciated which is needed in a car-buying experience.
